salad hummus tomato cucumber carotts
Hello everyone,
This is very very tasty salad, that I presented in glasses, very popular way to present some salads, very simple, and so delicious.
the ingredients are:
- hummus
- fresh tomato
- cucumber
- pitted black olives (I used the green one)
- carrot
- lemon juice
- olive oil and salt
- first put a layer of hummus in your glasses
- Prepare the saisoning with lemon juice, olive oil and salt
- Cut tomatoes into cubes and put it in the second layer, season with dressing
- Cut the cucumber into small dice, and put it in 3rd layer, season.
- Cut olives into slices and put all around
- grate the carrots, season and garnish the center of glasses
- decorate according to your taste, and refrigerate until ready to serve
