ingredients:

  • 500 g white flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 22 ounces of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yogurt

To lift the yeast: Mix in small bowl with the yeast sugar and some water collected in 22 cl and let rise 15 minutes.
At the same time: put in the bowl of a food dough, flour, salt, olive oil, yogurt and warm water. Mix, then add more later yeast and knead on medium speed for 6 minutes. The dough should be uniform and easily peel off the walls of the robot.
Let the dough rise in a warm place and away from drafts, 1:30.

The dough has doubled in volume, degas and knead a few moments on a floured work surface.
Divide dough into two parts and form two balls of equal size and let stand 10 min.

With the palm of your hand, flatten to about 20 cm in diameter.

With the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the bread, and leave again, rest for 15 min.

Brush the surface of wafers of a beaten egg. Sprinkle with nigella seeds, sesame seeds, and oatmeal.

Leave to rest, time to preheat your oven.
Preheat oven to 190 ° C in the oven have a dish filled with water. (For there is steam in the oven)
Bake about 20 minutes on a rack covered with baking paper.
We need the loaves are golden brown.
