hello everyone,

If I am asked what are your favorite dishes I would say:

  • Mouloukhiya Tunisia
  • Amekfoul Kabyle (evaporated vegetable couscous drizzled with olive oil)
  • HRIR the Oran
  • Buraq Annabi

Ingredients:

  • chicken (you can even add meat)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 potato
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 / 2 leek
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 stalk celery (or leaves, it would be even better)
  • A handful of chickpeas, soaked overnight
  • A handful of white beans soaked the night before
  • A handful of lenses
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • Ca 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • + onion 1 clove garlic
  • black pepper, salt, 1 / 2 of ca cafe cubeba, 1 / 2 ca cafe Caraway
  • oil

so for this dish you need two pots

in a pot, put all your vegetables washed and peeled and chopped, add the white beans, lentils, celery, parsley, cilantro and a little, add water and some salt and let cook.

in the other pot, put your chicken and / or meat, add onion and garlic in blender pass, tomato, condiments, and chickpea (if you put the meat, let up the meat cooked just for u add the tomato, since tomatoes cured meat)

So, add tomatoes, coriander and cover with water,

cook over medium heat.

after cooking vegetables, go to the blender and set aside.

a cooking of the meat you can then add the vegetable broth, let it all cook a little.

if you do it just with chicken, you can take your chicken, crumble, and then add to your pot, it's easier to eat, I do not dip my fingers in sauces.

and serve garnished with cilantro.

 

one more thing you can control the lightness of this dish, ie you like it thick or thin then, so you can play on the quantities of vegetables.

 

Finally, it is a very rich dish, and very good, if I eat it every day, I will never sicken.
