fish " sardine" with parsley, in the oven

Hello everyone,

when I go in Algeria, the first thing I buy is fresh fish, sardines or fresh, something you will never find in England, so here is the first meal that I prepared as soon as I moved , sardines baked with a flavor of parsley, a flat light, easy to make and super delicious.

the ingredients:

  • 500 grams of sardines
  • 1 medium onion
  • an average bunch of parsley
  • salt, pepper
  • Ca 3 to 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.

  1. Clean the sardines, remove the head and stops, if you can not stand also, remove the tail.
  2. chop the parsley and onion salad
  3. season the mixture with salt and black pepper
  4. in a baking dish 18 cm in diameter, put the oil
  5. to a first layer of fish
  6. sprinkle over a little mix onion / parsley
  7. cover with another layer of sardines
  8. sprinkle the mixture still parsley / onion
  9. Continue until all the sardines
  10. put a lid on the dish and place in oven to medium heat.
  11. cook for 20 minutes while monitoring,
  12. remove the lid and let the sauce reduce a little
  13. serve hot, garnished with a little parsley and lemon juice, if you do not like fat

Fish is said to be one of the biggest source of protein and be sure to take the ones that are having less fat. It is also good for improving eyesight and has a lot of uses too. I hope to see you put all this to good use.
