Chilli hot and spicy chicken

since I discovered the roasting bag, I can't stop to use them, and we all love the taste of the chicken.
you put your ingredients in the bag, you close, you make two or three holes in the bag to avoid it explodes, and after 45 minutes, you have a dish full of flavor, huuuuuuuuuum
in my first use, I did cook chicken with vegetables, and you can't imagine the taste, vegetables, they do not lose their flavor, and its compostion.
today, its a spicy roasted chicken, and my husband keeps claming this every time.
the ingredients are :
- Chicken thighs or whole chicken (with skin)
- 1 tsp tb Mustard
- 2 tsp of chili powder
- 1 / 2 tsp black pepper
- Salt
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- a brunch of thyme
- 2 cloves garlic
you can marinate your chicken 1 to 2 before in these ingredients, or if you are like when pressed, do not worry, it's ok.
So put all your ingredients in the bag, make 2 to three holes, and place in a Pyrex baking tray, put in a preheated oven.
notice, there is no oil and no water, but you'll have a juicy sauce in your bag, so delicious .
cook for 45 minutes, pour your bag in a bowl, keep the sauce, and if like me you like a golden brown color of your chicken, place under a grill to roast for 10 min.
sprinkle the chicken with the sauce, and decorate your plate
