BOURAK TUNA AND CHEESE

Ingredients:

• six sheets for samboussa
• half a grated onion
• two hard boiled eggs cut into small pieces
• 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
• a small can of tuna
• a dash of lemon juice,
• pepper, salt
• oil for frying

Preparation method:

1. Mix all the stuffing ingredients
2. season with salt and lemon pepper
3. roll them in the samboussa sheets
4. fry in hot oil 
5. and it's ready
